Program. J-Star Freight Solutions sends SMS text messages to drivers, carriers, and shippers we work with to coordinate freight. This program is for transactional dispatch and logistics communications, not marketing.

 

What you'll receive. Messages may include: load/dispatch details and updates, shipment tracking and check-call requests, load tender offers and confirmations, pickup/delivery appointment and status notices, and secure approval links.

 

How you opt in. You consent to receive these texts when you (a) check the SMS consent box and submit your mobile number on our carrier or driver form, (b) provide your mobile number to our dispatch team for load coordination, or (c) text us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of being awarded freight.

 

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on active loads and dispatch activity.

 

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.

 

Opt out any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation, then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact admin@jstarfreight.com.

 

Carriers supported. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or untransmitted messages.
